In June, 1998, Peggi resigned as partner of Collins, Robillard & Katz
and became a sole practitioner. Having concentrated on transactional real
property and tax law, including the representation of escrows, agents,
and brokers, for many years, Peggi's current practice is largely focused
on estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, trust
administration and probate. As an adjunct to her real estate and estate
planning practice, Peggi handles business formations and dissolutions
for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. She is
also the President of PB Investments, Inc., a California corporation,
which acts as the intermediary (accommodator) in IRC 1031 tax-free exchange
transactions.
In addition to her busy practice, Peggi is very involved
in community activities; she lectures on estate planning, technology and
the law, and real estate law, and she volunteers her time for numerous
non-profit organizations.

Jennifer earned her degree in paralegal studies from the
University of West Los Angeles, School of Paralegal Studies, with specialization
certificates in
Real Estate and Litigation and has worked with Peggi since 1997.
Ann Marie Bergersen. Ann joined the
firm in 2005, bringing with her over 10 years' experience as an Executive
and Legal Secretary.
